First of all, the concept for this movie is so C O O L. I love the similarity to Toy Story, the idea of inanimate objects living their own lives when they’re alone. In this case, arcade game characters can reside in their own world or travel between games. Second, the brother & sister relationship that develops between Ralph & Vanellope is so sweet. In the beginning, both of them need someone to accept them for who they are; they find that acceptance & friendship in each other. The “You’re my hero” scene definitely made my eyes tear up. One of the most heartwarming scenes but also the most heartbreaking. 😢 I really liked this movie & can’t wait to watch the sequel when it’s available next December. 👍

Final thoughts for the day: Even though I’ve slowed down in terms of volume, I’ve enjoyed watching just one thing & giving it my full attention, especially movies I’ve never seen before.
